If you’re not happy with your item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. You can request a refund by emailing Tasha at tishpaints@gmail.com - please include your order number, a description of the issue & a clear photo if required. All goods are packed with care but accidents can happen, we will do our best to resolve any issues for you. Any items that are personalised or include custom information, cannot be returned.
Please note, return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is incorrect or faulty. Once your return has been confirmed, you will be sent the return address. We advise using tracked shipping to ensure your return arrives with us safely, any items lost during the return will not be refunded.
Once tishpaints has confirmed that we've received your return, in the condition it was originally sent in, a return will be processed.
If you've created an account with tishpaints, you can request a return in your account. Log in using the email address you used to place your order.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
